Good to know
- Big sends to more than 5 people need a second yes with the count: "This goes to 23 people. Send?"
- If two clients match a name, Hugo lists both and asks. He never guesses.
- Hugo only shows what your role allows. He cannot open another agent's clients.
- Hugo works from Claude too.
