Step by step

0 of 5 done

Tap a number to check off a step as you go.

  1. Sofia answers in their language

Sofia talks with callers in English, Spanish and Portuguese. She answers in the language the caller uses.

  2. The recording notice too

She says she is an AI and that the call is recorded, in the caller's language, before anything else.

  3. Texts are translated for you

When someone texts in another language, the agent sees a translation next to the original.

  4. Set the languages your agents speak

Add each agent's languages when you invite them. Lead routing sends a Spanish or Portuguese caller to an agent who speaks it.

  5. Pick the app's language

The app works in 18 languages. Each person picks their own in the language menu. What people type, like names and notes, is never changed.

Good to know
  • Ivy writes Spanish listings and posts fresh, in natural Spanish, not word for word from the English.
  • Hugo takes commands in English or Spanish.
