STOP means stop.

Any reply like STOP, Alto, "don't call me" or "no me llame" ends all calls and texts to that person at once.

  1. The person replies

STOP, Alto, Cancel, Unsubscribe, Basta, "no me llame", "don't text me" and similar words all count, in English or Spanish.

  2. Everything stops at once

All calls and texts to that person stop right away, from Sofia, Leo, Ivy and you. Not just the one campaign.

  3. One confirmation text

Sofia may send one short confirmation, like "You're unsubscribed from Bayfront Realty. No more messages." Then nothing else.

  4. The lead is marked

In the Lead inbox and in Calls and texts, the lead shows Opted out with the exact message and the time.

  5. Only they can turn it back on

Your team cannot switch them back on by hand. The person has to ask in writing, for example by texting START.

Good to know
  • Sofia is smart about context. "Can you stop by at 5?" is not an opt-out.
  • Replying HELP gets a short help message with how to reach the brokerage.
  • The "Honor STOP right away" setting is always on. It cannot be turned off.

Questions

Does STOP on one text stop calls too?

Yes. RealtyMind treats any opt-out as a stop for all calls and texts.

What if they say it on a call?

Same thing. "Don't call me again" on a call is saved and honored like a STOP text.
