Step by step

Tap a number to check off a step as you go.

  1. Turn on round robin

In Setup, the Lead routing step turns on round robin: new leads go to the next agent in turn.

  2. Add rules if you want

The broker adds rules in the Lead inbox, under Routing rules. Each rule matches an area (ZIP or city), a price range or a language, and sends the lead to the next agent in turn, the agent with the fewest leads, one agent or a team.

  3. Put the rules in order

Rules run in order. The last one catches everyone else.

  4. Know the fallback

If no agent fits, RealtyMind relaxes the match step by step: price, then area, then language, then any agent with room. Then the office fallback, usually the broker. If nobody is set, the lead waits in the shared queue and Sofia keeps the conversation going.

  5. Check and fix

Each lead shows "Routed to" and the rule that picked the agent. Tap Route to run it again, or Assign to pick someone by hand.

Fair housing comes first

Routing uses only the lead's area, price and the language they asked to be served in. It never routes on a name, a guess about someone's background, or any protected trait.

Good to know
  • Agents who take leads need their license on file. Add it when you invite them.
  • Agents set the languages they speak, so Spanish and Portuguese callers reach an agent who speaks their language.
