Step by step

Tap a number to check off a step as you go.

  1. Open Price and status

Pick one of your own listings and type the new price, the new status, or both.

  2. Send it

RealtyMind sends the change to each channel your office has switched on: the MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com and your brokerage website.

  3. Check each channel

Each one shows Sent, Copy it in by hand, or Not connected yet, so you always know where the change landed.

  4. No MLS connection? Use the sheet

Open the MLS pre-fill sheet. It lists each MLS field and the value to paste. Mark it done when you have pasted it.

  5. Status follows the rules

Coming soon goes to Active, Active to Pending or Sold, and so on. Sold is final.

Good to know
  • Listing push and the portal connections are switched on during your office's setup. We set them up with you.
  • Only your own listings can be changed. Homes from the MLS feed belong to the listing brokerage.
  • Every listing description Ivy writes passes the fair housing check first.

Questions

Do I still need to log in to the MLS?

Only for an MLS your office has not connected. Then the pre-fill sheet makes it a quick copy and paste.
