  1. Check your MLS license

RealtyMind shows MLS homes only where your brokerage has a signed, current data license with your MLS. Your MLS decides what you may show.

  2. We set it up with you

During your office's setup we request the feed from your MLS with you. You sign the MLS's paperwork. We never pull MLS data without it.

  3. The broker switches it on

Once the license is on file, the broker or the brokerage admin turns the feed on.

  4. Homes load, then stay fresh

The first load brings in the homes your license allows. After that, changes come in through the day. Each home shows the listing brokerage and the MLS notice.

  5. Use it every day

Agents search MLS homes inside RealtyMind and send them to clients with their own client search link.

Good to know
  • No MLS license yet? You can still add your own listings, and listing push gives you a sheet to paste into the MLS.
  • MLS homes are the listing brokerage's. Only that brokerage changes them, in the MLS.
  • We never sell MLS data.
