Sofia, calls and texts

"This call is recorded."

Every call Sofia handles starts with a short notice that she is an AI and the call is recorded. If the caller says no, recording stops.

Step by step

Tap a number to check off a step as you go.

  1. Sofia says it first

Before anything else: the brokerage name, that she is the brokerage's AI assistant, and that the call is recorded. Then she asks if that is OK.

  2. In the caller's language

Spanish callers hear it in Spanish: "Esta llamada se graba para atenderle mejor."

  3. If they say yes

The call goes on. The transcript shows the notice at the top so you can see it was said.

  4. If they say no

Sofia stops recording, says an agent will call back from a regular line, and makes a callback task for the agent.

  5. Your own calls too

When you call from the RealtyMind dialer, a short recorded notice plays first.

Why it is always on

Florida requires everyone on a call to agree before it is recorded. That is why "Say this call is recorded" is always on in Quiet hours and cannot be turned off.

Good to know
  • Read the full transcript of any call in Calls and texts. The notice is the first line.

Questions

Can I turn off the notice?

No. It is required for recorded calls in Florida, and RealtyMind says it on every call.
