01Which texts these terms cover
RealtyMind is operated by RealtyMind (company name pending). Two kinds of text programs run on RealtyMind:
- RealtyMind account texts. Sent by RealtyMind to agents, brokers and people in our pilot: sign-in codes, account notices, product updates and pilot news.
- Brokerage texts. Sent by a real estate brokerage or agent that uses RealtyMind, often through Sofia, its AI front desk: replies to your questions, showing and appointment confirmations, reminders, document requests, new listings that match your search, and follow-ups. These texts always show the brokerage's name. The brokerage is the sender, and your consent is given to that brokerage.
02How you opt in
You may agree to receive texts by:
- Checking an unchecked consent box on a web, app or portal form and submitting your mobile number.
- Texting or calling the brokerage first. Replies to your own request are about that request only. Ongoing marketing texts need your written consent.
- Saying yes out loud on a recorded call, after hearing what you are agreeing to. The words and time are saved.
Every consent is saved with its exact wording, time and source. Consent is never a condition of buying, selling or renting a home, or of buying anything.

05How often
Message frequency varies with your activity and requests. For brokerage follow-ups, RealtyMind limits outbound calls and texts to no more than 2 attempts per person per day, between 9 AM and 7 PM in your local time, Monday to Saturday. Replies to a message you just sent may come at any hour.
06Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. RealtyMind and brokerages do not charge you to receive texts. Your mobile carrier's normal message and data rates apply under your plan.
07How to opt out
Stops all texts from that sender right away. You get one confirmation text and nothing after that.
Sends a reply with who is texting you and how to reach them.
Opts you back in if you stopped by mistake.
END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REMOVE, "don't text me," "no más" and "basta" also work.
You can also opt out by telling the AI or agent on a call, or by contacting us. Opting out of a brokerage's texts covers all of that brokerage's numbers. Your opt-out is kept on file so you are not contacted again.
08Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are supported on major U.S. carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed.
09Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties, except service providers that help deliver the messages, such as phone carriers and messaging platforms.

You must be at least 18 and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you give.
