What is deleted, and what is kept

✓Deleted: your sign-in, the email on your login, your public agent profile, referrals and showcase, your API keys and open invites. A RealtyMind Pros listing is closed.
iKept by the brokerage: its records of the work, such as deals, contacts, signed papers, commissions and call logs, with your name on them. Brokers must keep transaction records by law (in Florida, at least 5 years). Consent and opt-out records are kept as the privacy policy explains.

Questions

I’m the brokerage’s broker. Why can’t I delete my login?

Someone has to run the brokerage. Make another person the broker first, then delete yours. To close the whole brokerage, write to support@getrealtymind.com.

Can I get my login back?

No. Deleting is final. Your brokerage can invite you again with a new login.

Does deleting my login cancel the brokerage’s plan?

No. Only the brokerage’s owner changes the plan.
