  1. Open Account settings

    Account owners and brokers manage billing and exports from Account settings.

  2. Pick what to export

    Contacts as CSV, deals as CSV, files as a zip, plus notes, transcripts and consent records.

  3. Download it

    Tap "Build my export". You get a link when it is ready.

  4. Cancel if you want

    Planned at launch: month to month, no setup fee. Cancel from Account settings anytime.

  5. Ask us to delete

    After you export, ask us to delete your data from the contact page.

Good to know
  • Agents can export their own contacts. Brokers can export the whole office.
  • Opt-outs export with your contacts, so the next system keeps honoring them.
