  1. Check who opted in

In the Lead inbox, each lead shows Opted in, Not opted in or Opted out. Filter by consent to see them.

  2. Open Quiet hours

In Calls and texts, find the Quiet hours card. Times are in the lead's local time.

  3. Set the window

Pick a start and an end. The default is 9 AM to 7 PM. You cannot set it earlier than 8 AM or later than 8 PM.

  4. Set tries a day

The default is 2 tries a day per person on the same subject. Florida allows up to 3, and texts count toward it.

  5. Reset anytime

Why these rules?

The FCC treats AI voices as artificial voices, so AI calls need prior consent. Florida allows sales calls and texts only from 8 AM to 8 PM and no more than 3 calls on the same subject in 24 hours. RealtyMind defaults tighter than the law.

Good to know
  • When someone texts you first, Sofia can reply right away, even outside the window. A reply is not a cold call.
  • People who did not opt in stay in your list. Sofia just will not call or text them.
  • "Honor STOP right away" and "Say this call is recorded" are always on and cannot be turned off.

Questions

How does a lead opt in?

By checking the call and text consent box on a web form, a portal form or the open house sign-in. The exact words, time and source are saved.

Do imported contacts count as opted in?

No. Imported contacts start with texts and AI calls off.
