  1. Set the plans

The broker sets each agent's plan, like 70/30, 80/20 or 90/10 with an annual cap. Each brokerage sets its own.

  2. Enter the sale

Sale price, commission and side: listing side or buyer side.

  3. Add what applies

Referral fee off the top, team lead split and transaction fee.

  4. Watch the cap

RealtyMind tracks what the agent paid toward the cap this year. Once capped, the agent keeps 100% for the rest of the year.

  5. Send the statement

Each agent gets a statement at closing: gross, each split and fee, and net to agent. The parts always add up to the gross.

Can Leo change a split?

No. Leo never changes commission splits. Only the broker or an admin with access can.
