Does Tess sign or send documents for me?

No. She never signs for anyone. She drafts things like repair requests for you to review, and nothing goes to the other side until you approve it. State forms come from a licensed forms provider.

Who does Tess text?

Only people who agreed to texts. Every message shows your brokerage name, STOP works right away, and texts go out during set hours.

Does Tess replace my broker's review?

No. She gets the file complete and sends it to your broker. Your broker reviews and approves.

Does Tess give legal advice?

No. She tracks the dates and documents from your contract. Legal questions go to your broker or an attorney.
