A lead is only worth what happens in the first few minutes. Check who, or what, answers it, and on which channel.
CINC's product overview (checked 11/01/2026) lists a CRM, an IDX consumer website, buyer and seller lead generation, a dialer that calls from VoIP or a cell phone, texting, email drips and video messaging, team management for lead routing, and a family of Android and iOS apps. Its pricing page (checked 11/01/2026) shows four plans by team size, Solo, Ramp, Pro and Select, with plan prices given on request. Teams that buy leads often like having generation and the CRM under one roof. Others start looking because they want AI on phone calls, want transactions and splits in the same place, or want a simpler price sheet. This guide gives you a fair way to compare before you switch.
RealtyMind is not affiliated with CINC. Details about it come from its own website, checked 11/01/2026, and can change. Confirm anything important with the vendor.
Seven things to check
AI that texts, or AI that talks
CINC's AI assistant is called Alex. The CINC AI page (checked 11/01/2026) says it "engages and qualifies leads 24/7 via text message." CINC's 09/04/2026 product update (checked 11/01/2026) adds a Nurture Engine that gives Alex more context on each lead, like past messages, browsing activity and agent notes. The same post describes an AI calling option that is still to come, meant to work next to an agent's own outreach. That is a clear roadmap. For any vendor, ask what the AI does in your account today: does it hold a voice conversation on an inbound call right now, or is that later? Then ask to hear it.
Add-ons and the real monthly total
CINC's pricing page lists CINC AI and the dialer as add-ons on every plan, with published starting prices for each, and lists lead generation products such as Google and Facebook buyer and seller leads as separate add-ons. That is a common way to sell. It means the plan price is only the start. For every vendor, write down the plan, AI, dialer lines, lead spend, extra users and any setup fee, and compare the full monthly total for your team.
Buying leads and owning them
If a platform both sells you leads and stores them, ask what happens if you stop the lead program or leave the platform. Do the contacts, notes and conversation history stay yours, and can you export them in a usable format? Ask the same question of every vendor, including us.
Calls: who dials, who answers, and what gets recorded
CINC's update post describes a Mobile Dialer with optional call recording, transcripts and AI-written summaries for calls agents place from their phones. That is useful for calls you make. It is a different job from an AI picking up an inbound call at 2 AM. Ask how each vendor handles recording notices, which states need everyone's consent, and what happens to calls nobody answers. Our guides to AI phone answering and speed to lead cover what to test.
A phone app that does the whole job
CINC offers apps for iOS and Android. Whatever you pick, test it on a real showing day: can you see the lead, call, text, move a deal and send homes to a client without opening a laptop?
Deals, paperwork and splits in one place
CINC's product overview centers on lead generation, the CRM, websites and communication tools. Transaction management is not listed on that page, so ask how contracts, documents, broker review and commission splits connect to the lead record, or whether they live in a separate tool.
Compliance, the move-in and the move-out
Look for consent tracking before AI texts or calls, quiet hours, opt-outs that work right away, fair housing checks on AI-written ads, and the brokerage name on every message. Then ask who moves your contacts, tags, deals and drip campaigns, whether opt-outs carry over, and how you export everything if you leave. Our guide to consent rules for AI calls has the details.

Where RealtyMind fits
RealtyMind is one option, built AI-first. It focuses on handling leads well once they arrive, with the phone, listings, transactions and splits in the same system. It is in private pilot today. Here is what is in it, from our features page:
- Sofia, the AI front desk, answers calls and texts on the brokerage and agent lines 24/7 with real two-way voice conversations, in English and Spanish. She qualifies buyers and sellers, books showings once a signed buyer agreement is on file, and warm-transfers hot leads to your phone.
- One lead inbox. Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Facebook, your site and open houses land in one place and route by area, price, language and agent load. Follow-up stops the moment a lead replies.
- Leo, your AI assistant, takes a call or text from the car: "What's my day?" or "Send the Kaplans the three condos."
- Ivy, the AI marketer, writes listings and posts in your brokerage's voice, and a fair housing check runs before anything posts.
- Tess, the AI transaction coordinator, builds the timeline from the contract, chases signatures and files the folder for broker review. State forms come from a licensed forms provider, with e-sign, and commission splits and statements live in the same system.
- Compliance stays on. AI calls and texts go only to people who opted in, STOP works right away, calling hours default to 9 AM to 7 PM, Sofia says the call is recorded, and every ad shows the brokerage name.
Free trial, free move-in of your data, no setup fee, month to month. Pricing is announced at launch.

Questions to ask every vendor
- Can I hear your AI answer a call right now?
- Does your AI send messages on its own, or draft them for me to send?
- Which AI features are live in my account today, and which are coming later?
- What does one seat include, and what is an add-on?
- What is the total monthly cost for my team, with every fee?
- What is the minimum term, and how do I cancel?
- How do I export all my data, and in what format?
- Who moves my data in, and do opt-outs carry over?
Common questions
Is CINC a bad choice?
No. It combines lead generation, a CRM, IDX websites and a dialer, with AI that texts leads around the clock. Shopping around makes sense when you want AI on phone calls today, or want paperwork and splits in the same place. Use the same checklist on every option.
Can I move my CINC data to RealtyMind?
If you can export it, we can move it. Free move-in of contacts, deals, listings, notes and documents is planned at launch, and people who opted out stay opted out. See how switching works.
Does RealtyMind generate leads?
RealtyMind focuses on handling leads. The lead inbox brings in leads from the sources you already use, like Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Facebook, your site and open houses, and Sofia answers calls and texts 24/7.
How much does RealtyMind cost?
Pricing is announced at launch. Planned at launch: a free trial, no setup fee and month to month.
Do I have to cancel my old system first?
No. Keep it running side by side and cancel only once you have checked everything in RealtyMind.
