The CRM that fits one agent does not always fit five. Check what changes when you add people, phone lines and deals.
Wise Agent's pricing page (checked 11/01/2026) lists a CRM plan at $49 a month month to month, or $499 a year, with up to five team members on a shared login, onboarding, 24/7 live support, a 14 day free trial and no contracts. Its homepage (checked 11/01/2026) lists an AI Writing Assistant, automated lead follow-up, built-in texting that logs to each contact, custom IDX websites, a mobile web app and more than 100 integrations. Simple terms and a published price are real strengths. Growing agents usually start looking for other reasons: they add a team, take more calls than they can answer, or need paperwork and splits to keep up with more deals. This guide gives you a fair way to decide whether to stay or move.

Seven things to check
What the AI actually does
Wise Agent lists an AI Writing Assistant and AI-driven follow-up among its features. "AI" covers a lot of ground. Some tools draft messages for you to send, some send them on their own, and a few hold a live conversation by phone. Ask every vendor which one you are getting, whether it works by text, email or voice, and ask to see it work on a real lead.
Logins and seats as you grow
Wise Agent's features page (checked 11/01/2026) pitches team tools this way: "Run your team from one system with clear roles and accountability." Its pricing page lists add-ons for more team members in batches of five and for separate logins with permission controls. Ask every vendor how seats, permissions and lead routing work as you add agents, whether each agent gets their own login and phone line, and what the total looks like at five, ten and twenty people.
Texting setup and cost
Wise Agent's pricing page lists WiseText SMS as an add-on with monthly credits and a one-time registration fee. Most business texting in the US now goes through carrier registration, so this is normal. Ask every vendor who handles registration, how long it takes, and how text volume is billed once you start sending more.
Transactions: what is there and what to ask
This is a strength. Wise Agent's transaction management page (checked 11/01/2026) describes customizable buyer, seller and rental checklists, deadline tracking, task assignment to team members, branded client portals and commission tracking charts. The page does not describe e-sign, state forms or a broker review step, so ask how those work. For every vendor, check whether contract dates set deadlines on their own, and whether split statements build themselves at closing.
A phone app that does the whole job
Wise Agent lists a mobile web app. If you live on your phone, test any option on a real showing day: can you see the lead, call, text, move a deal and send homes to a client without opening a laptop? Ask whether there is a native iPhone and Android app if that matters to you.
The calls you miss
Growth usually means more calls at worse times: during showings, at dinner, on weekends. Ask every vendor what happens when nobody picks up. Does the call go to voicemail, to a person, or to an AI that can qualify the caller and book the showing? Our guides to speed to lead and AI phone answering cover what to test.
Compliance, the move-in and the move-out
Look for consent tracking before AI texts or calls, quiet hours, opt-outs that work right away, recording notices, fair housing checks on AI-written ads and the brokerage name on every message. Then ask who moves your contacts, notes, transactions and drip campaigns, whether opt-outs carry over, and how you export everything if you leave. Our guide to fair housing wording has a checklist.

Where RealtyMind fits
RealtyMind is one option, built AI-first, for agents, teams and brokerages, with the lead inbox, phone, listings, transactions and splits in one system. It is in private pilot today. Here is what is in it, from our features page:
- Sofia, the AI front desk, answers calls and texts on the brokerage and agent lines 24/7 with real two-way voice conversations, in English and Spanish. She qualifies buyers and sellers, books showings once a signed buyer agreement is on file, and warm-transfers hot leads to your phone.
- One lead inbox. Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Facebook, your site and open houses land in one place and route by area, price, language and agent load. Follow-up stops the moment a lead replies.
- Hugo, your AI assistant, takes a call or text from the car: "What's my day?" or "Send the Kaplans the three condos."
- Ivy, the AI marketer, writes listings and posts in your brokerage's voice, and a fair housing check runs before anything posts.
- Tess, the AI transaction coordinator, builds the timeline from the contract, chases signatures and files the folder for broker review. State forms come from a licensed forms provider, with e-sign, and commission splits and statements live in the same system.
- Compliance stays on. AI calls and texts go only to people who opted in, STOP works right away, calling hours default to 9 AM to 7 PM, Sofia says the call is recorded, and every ad shows the brokerage name.
Free trial, free move-in of your data, no setup fee, month to month. Pricing is announced at launch.
As you grow, the broker command center adds office views of leads, response times, deals and AI activity by agent, and split and cap settings live with each agent. Coming from Wise Agent? See our switching page; your old system keeps running until you are sure.
Questions to ask every vendor
- Can I hear your AI answer a call right now?
- Does your AI send messages on its own, or draft them for me to send?
- Which AI features are live in my account today, and which are coming later?
- What does one seat include, and what is an add-on?
- What is the total monthly cost for my team, with every fee?
- What is the minimum term, and how do I cancel?
- How do I export all my data, and in what format?
- Who moves my data in, and do opt-outs carry over?
